This notice describes how Ozil Goal AI handles information used to create videos and respond to support requests. Use the Feedback button or see order help to contact us about your information.

Information involved

A generation order involves your uploaded photo, selected options, order identifier, generation status, and generated media. If you choose to provide an email, it may be used for order communication or support. No account registration is required for the guest purchase flow.

Stripe handles payment and may collect billing and contact information through checkout. The service receives payment references and status needed to confirm an order; it does not require you to send full card details to its own support channel. Basic request and error information may be recorded by hosting infrastructure to operate and troubleshoot the service.

Why data is processed and who receives it

Photos and generation instructions are sent to a third-party AI generation provider for the selected model workflow. Uploaded and generated files are handled by the configured storage and hosting services. Stripe processes payment information. These services process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

The service uses order data to fulfil purchases, show order status, handle failures and support requests, and prevent misuse. This notice does not promise that third-party providers never retain inputs or use them in other ways; their applicable policies must be reviewed separately.

Private links and browser storage

A private order link grants access to that order. Keep it confidential. Browser storage may retain an order reference to help you return, and preferences may be stored locally. Clearing browser data can remove these local records without deleting server-side records or provider copies.

Feedback

Feedback includes your message, an optional email, the page path and a randomly generated browser reference. When available, a verified order number is attached. We store this information in our hosting database to investigate problems and respond to you. The browser reference is also associated with new orders made in that browser. It is not a login credential.

Feedback is stored separately from temporary media; the video download deadline does not delete a support message. We do not attach the secret part of a private order link to the stored feedback.

Optional analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure public page views, button impressions and clicks, and the steps leading to checkout. For visitors in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, analytics can start automatically unless they have opted out or their browser sends Global Privacy Control. For other locations, including the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, we ask for permission first. If we cannot determine the location, or the location check fails, we ask first. An impression means that at least half of a tracked button is visible for one continuous second.

Cloudflare uses the request location to select this setting; our policy endpoint returns only preference flags, not your IP address or location. We do not save the location for this decision.

Analytics is optional: you can decline and still upload, pay and download. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. We store that choice in your browser. When allowed, Google Analytics may use analytics cookies and process browser and device information under Google's privacy policy. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Our custom events do not contain uploaded photos, filenames, email addresses, order identifiers or private access links. Private order pages are excluded from our custom analytics.

Retention and requests

We keep a private backup of newly uploaded photos in Cloudflare R2 for recovery during the 14-day order access period, including photos uploaded before payment. Backups are not publicly accessible and are not a permanent archive. A copy is also sent to the generation provider’s temporary file service, where each upload is retained for approximately 24 hours. If that copy expires before generation starts, we may upload the backup again to fulfil your order. Generated videos remain on temporary provider storage and are available for up to 14 days. Our database holds order and payment references, generation status, temporary media addresses and expiry timestamps.

Private order access expires 14 days after order creation. The displayed download deadline may therefore be earlier than the file service's deletion. Download your video promptly for permanent access. An hourly task deletes expired photo backups and removes expired order capabilities, email addresses and media addresses from our order records. Storage lifecycle rules provide additional deletion protection; physical deletion can occur after the access deadline. This cleanup does not delete Stripe records or trigger immediate deletion at the generation service. Financial records are retained separately for reconciliation.
